Texture & Formula – Estee Lauder Lip Lacquer Vinyl Rose has a thick almost liquid lipstick consistency, that’s why brands has called it Lip Lacquer. One swipe is enough to cover lips, formula covers lip pigmentation very well. I can spot some fine shimmers in Vinyl rose but they add to the glossiness and don’t look OTT. Formula keeps lips moisturized through out the wear time. It doesn’t settle into fine lines or bleeds.
Staying Power – Estee Lauder Lip Lacquer Vinyl Rose stays on for good 4 hours on me.
Negative points would include the stickiness of the formula. I find it very thick and bit sticky. Also Vinyl Rose doesn’t suit my complexion and washes me out. So medium to deeper complexions should try it in stores before purchasing.
I am quite pleased with the staying power, pigmentation and moisturizing properties of Estee Lauder Lip Lacquer Vinyl Rose. Formula provides semi-glossy finish and doesn’t settle in fine lines. Only downside is the slight sticky texture. There are some really gorgeous colors available in this range to try out.
