Essence is one of the budget brands available in India, however their products are not easily available. You can either buy them online or from very few stores. I saw this brand on msmbox.com and picked a few things. Essence is known for their superb quality powder blushes and after looking at couple of swatches online, I picked Essence Silky Touch Blush in Kissable.
The Essence Silky Touch Blush Kissable comes in a round plastic case. Packaging does look cheap and fragile but looking at the price we can’t really complain. The clear lid lets you see the color. There is no mirror or applicator inside. You get 5g of product which is quite good for such an affordable product.
Shade – Silky Touch Blush Kissable No 70 is muted plum Pink . The pink is earthy and isn’t as vivid as you might expect it to be, The color looks quite dark in the pan , and needs to be applied cautiously. I use a fluffy blush brush to take out the product and the tap off the excess on the back of my hand. You have to be careful as the color is quite deep and applying in layers is the best way to go about it.
Texture & Formula – The blush isn’t matte and has golden shimmers, however the shimmers offer more of a sheen. I like how the blush blends effortlessly without fall outs. Also the texture is very smooth, fine and applies easily. The shimmers offer a highlighted look , which means you can skip your highlighter. Initially I thought that it wouldn’t be good for everyday but if you are medium-deep complexion then this blush can be a really good everyday blush. All you have to do is be careful. It suits the warm indian skintone really well.
Pigmentation – As you can see from the swatch above the blush is quite pigmented and has a sheerness to it. It does look dark and scary in the pan but if you blend it well, this can be a perfect color for everyday.
Staying Power – Essence Silky Touch Blush Kissable stays on for 5-6 hours on me, which is pretty average.

Overall Thoughts
I really like the shade, texture & pigmentation of Essence Silky Touch Blush in Kissable. I would love to pick more of these blushes.
