Packaging- Elle 18 Color Pops Lipsticks come in a cute black plastic lipstick bullet with a twist up bottom. The shade name and number are printed on the bottom of the lipsticks. However, these are prone to breakage and melting.

Shades– The next set includes 3 shades: Rosy Blush: The shade is a very stunning Red with pink undertones.The shade is sans any shimmer and has glossy sheen. It is great for special occasions and for brides as well.Coral Romance: This is a beautiful coral shade. It is a true coral colour that will compliment all skin tones.Wild berry Wet: The shade looks like it is light pink in the tube but when swatched or applied on lips; it comes as a transparent. It is balmy sans any shade. I wonder why they call it as color burst lipstick.

Texture & Formula: The texture of Elle 18 Color Pops is soft and creamy and all the lipstick s are hydrating and moisturising. They have bubble gum and some chemical fragrance to it. I like it sometimes and sometimes, it appears weird. They provides glossy look to lips which is due to the presence of cocoa butter. The lipstick settles to a satin finish which is comfortable. Due to the hydrating properties, they don’t accentuate dry flaky skin.Pigmentation- Rosy Blush is the most pigmented shade and even one swipe is sufficient to provide coverage to lips. Coral romance is decently pigmented and provides full coverage in 1-2 swipes. However, Wild berry wet is one shade that has no colour. It is absolutely transparent.

Staying Power- Rosy Blush provides a decent wear time of about 4-5 hours leaving behind a reddish tint. Coral Romance stays for about 3 hours maximum. Wild berry wet is like a lip balm that survives an hour or so. It just moisturises the lips.

Overall Thoughts

Except for Wild berry Wet, I highly recommend the other 2 Elle 18 Color Pops shades are they are very wearable and will suit all skin tones. Both the shades brighten up my face and provide decent wear time. The formula and finish is great at the price they come. Wild berry Wet can be used as a lip balm.
