Elizabeth Arden Intervene 3-in-1 Daily Cleanser Exfoliator Primer Review and Swatches

Elizabeth Arden Intervene 3-in-1 Daily Cleanser Exfoliator Primer (Rs 1120/- for 150 ml)Elizabeth Arden Intervene 3-in-1 daily cleanser exfoliator primer has been a part of my morning makeup routine for some time now. Although I have oily-combination skin, I prefer using a product like this to most of those recommended for oily skin since they strip my skin off oil and make it dry and as a result my skin becomes oilier. This one on the other hand was a revelation. This is my second bottle, and although I purchased the first one from abroad, this time I found it in the Elizabeth Arden counter, and was overjoyed. It was also cheaper than what I had paid previously for it abroad (maybe EA is priced slightly less in India?) and one pack lasts me for 4-6 months easily, so I am not complaining there. Company Speaks :

Although I do not use the moisture cream/lotion, which are too rich for my skin, this cleanser/exfoliator/primer is definitely something I love. You need to take out a bit of it and apply all over your face and neck. You would observe a whitish fluid, with white, opaque beads, which can be mashed and worked into your skin. To really make this work, you need to massage your face for a minute or so, working in the beads, before washing off.It has a lovely mild fragrance which I love and unless you have very sensitive nose, you would not mind it too.

The first thing you would notice is the fact that your skin does not feel stretchy or dry at all. My skin is all-appreciation, and it immediately gives me a healthy glow. It removes most of my makeup, but does not work too well on waterproof makeup. Which is okay, since I have a makeup remover for that anyway. However, it does remove most of my makeup, which is a good thing. I generally do not need to scrub my face on days I use this, so I follow it with a vitamin-e cream, and my skin looks hydrated and nourished. Pros:

1. Does not dry out my skin
2. Gives it a healthy glow
3. Makes absorption of creams afterwards easier
4. Cleans my skin
5. Removes most of my makeup
6. Mild fragrance

1. Available only on selected Elizabeth Arden counters

Overall Thoughts

Until you have very sensitive skin, this is a great product for you to use. I have pretty sensitive skin myself and this does not harm it in any way. I am extremely happy with the product, and yes, will repurchase once this is over.
