Packaging – ELF Studio Blush Blushing Rose comes in a black plastic case which looks really classy. Half of the lid is see-through with a mirror inside. The case closes and opens easily and is pretty light weight.Shade – ELF Studio Blush Blushing Rose is a deep berry shade with golden shimmers. Shimmers are subtle and leave a sheen upon application. This shade would look beautiful on medium to deeper complexions. Fairer skin tones have to be really careful since its a deeper shade + pigmentation is superb.

Texture & Formula – Blushing Rose isn’t buttery smooth but not chalky or powdery at the same time. While trying to do a hand swatch I found the texture slightly stiff but surprisingly the blush glides on easily and blends evenly on cheeks !! The golden sheen looks really beautiful and isn’t gritty or OTT. It makes cheek glowy !Pigmentation – Can I say that ELF Studio Blush Blushing Rose is packed with pigments ! One has to be really careful as its pretty easy to go overboard with this particular shade. One swirl is more than enough to cover both cheeks.Staying Power – This literally gave me a shock, Blushing Rose was there on my face for 7+ hours with little fading ! I have dry skin and I wore it over foundation. On bare skin it lasts a little more than 5 hours. I am really happy to see such great staying power at such price !

Negative point would be availability. ELF products can only be purchased online in India.

Overall Thoughts

I am really happy to see such a great budget product. ELF Studio Blush Blushing Rose is superbly pigmented and has amazing staying power. The packaging itself is gorgeous. Blushing Rose is a beautiful shade which will look absolutely beautiful on medium to deeper complexions. The golden sheen in the formula works as a subtle highlighter. I would absolutely recommend ELF Studio Blush Blushing Rose to all.
