Colour & Consistency: Dove Nutritive Solutions Hair Fall Rescue Conditioner looks white and its texture is quite thick. It is a hair fall reducing conditioner. But the word ‘hair fall’ relates to hair breakage caused by split ends.
It doesn’t control hair fall from the root. It is a simple hair strengthening conditioner targeted to dry and brittle hair stands. This conditioner is free from paraben but it contains silicone.
Fragrance: This conditioner has typical Dove fragrance. It smells fresh floral. The similar fragrance is there in each and every Dove shampoo and conditioner you get in the Indian market.
The smell is moderate. It is not bothersome and makes my hair smell fresh through the day. If you don’t like sweaty hair like me, the fragrance will please you. 
Quantity & Price: This conditioner comes at Rs.190 for 180ml. The price point is average. Most drugstore conditioners in India come in the same price range. You can buy this one way below its MRP during online discount offers.

My Overall Thoughts
Regarding Dove’s hair care range people have mixed opinion. Some say, Dove shampoo and conditioner collections are causing excess hair fall while the other category swear by Dove’s nourishing formula. I am in the second category.
My dry and frizz prone hair loves the cream based hair products. I generally keep two varieties of shampoos and conditioners in my shower. One set has to be super nourishing for the days I haven’t oiled my hair. The second set of hair care products are of purifying formulas. When I have excess oil or build ups from conditioners,
I reach for clarifying products. Dove conditioner comes in the first set.
Dove Nutritive Solutions Hair Fall Rescue Conditioner is a silicone based conditioner. It provides instant nourishment to my hair. Formula wise, it is quite heavy. It is not at all suitable for oily hair. People with dry to severely dry hair will reap the maximum benefit from it.
This conditioner works equally well with shampoo from same brand as well as different brand. Since it has silicone in the formula, it might leave product build up in the hair if used continuously. I always use this in alternation with some silicone free conditioner. With regular use, it makes my hair ends less dry and livelier.
