Who loves desserts? I know, all of you have raised your hands 🙂 I am a big foodie and crave for dessert after each meal, so I hog on cakes, ice-creams anything sweet to satiate my sweet tooth. Biggest dream of a foodie is a chance to taste Delectable Desserts prepared by renowned chefs. I got a similar opportunity to try out the revamped desserts menu at Ssence Restaurant at The Suryaa Hotel Delhi designed by Chef Nitin Upadhyay (visiting patissier)About The Event –

Delhi’s favourite hotel, The Suryaa, this month welcomes Chef Nitin Upadhyay and promises Delhi-ites a dessert experience like never before. An accomplished culinarian and expert pastry chef Nitin Upadhyay has achieved recognition not only for his chocolate and pastry creativity, but also for his leadership skills and ability to create some incredible dessert experiences for individual connoisseurs as well as large, high-profile dining groups. He has enjoyed a stellar career of over 24 years across hotel brands such as Oberoi, Marriott , & Hyatt besides some hotels overseas in U.A.E & Maldives. He has strived hard to learn all about setting up pre-opening hotels.

Its my third visit to Ssence Restaurant, what keeps me going back is that they always come up with new themes and keep offering something fresh to their customers. I am sure all of us love to taste something that excites our taste buds and The Suryaa Hotel has positioned itself as one of my favorite places to indulge in some lip-smacking delicacies. Last month I attended “Kayastha Cuisine” curated by Anoothi Vishal (Food Critic).

So the new & revamped dessert menu boasts of 24 desserts, including some of my all time favourites like Caramel custard, mango pudding & Cheese cake. Here are pictures of few drool-worthy Desserts at Ssence Restaurant – Thats how my plate-1 looked. Yup I had plate -2 too, I wanted to taste everything, specially mango pudding and cheese cake !These cute looking cupcakes were are the pastry shop/display known as French Crust. I couldn’t stop myself from clicking some pictures ! Cup cakes with Jimmy Choo shoes, Louis Vuitton & Chanel Bags and lipsticks.
