Packaging is simple. Deborah Milano Ombretto Mono HiTech Eyeshadow comes in a round plastic case with a clear lid and sponge tip applicator.

Shade – Deborah Milano Ombretto Mono HiTech Eyeshadow 1 is a light pink color. It has frosty finish.Deborah Milano Ombretto Mono HiTech Eyeshadow (8)Texture & Formula – Deborah Milano Ombretto Mono HiTech Eyeshadow 1 is a baked formula. Texture is soft and smooth however baked eyeshadows are known for fallouts and this one is no different. Generally when baked formulas are used wet their pigmentation increases, but with this eyeshadow I felt the reverse results. Its more pigmented when used dry, however if used wet, fallouts reduce dramatically! Product is easy to apply and blend. Shimmer present in the formula are not chunky or gritty.

Pigmentation – Formula is decently pigmented. I have to layer it up twice/ thrice to build up the color and intensity, also if used without a primer the product doesn’t stick and creases/ disappears. On a primer Deborah Milano Ombretto Mono HiTech Eyeshadow stays on well and doesn’t crease.

Staying Power – If used without primer this eyeshadow doesn’t stay on for more than an hour, however if used over an eyeshadow primer this formula stays on for 4+ hours.Deborah Milano Ombretto Mono HiTech Eyeshadow (7)For above look I have used the eyeshadow dry.

Overall Thoughts

Deborah Milano Ombretto Mono HiTech Eyeshadow 1 is an average product in my opinion. Formula is soft and silky and applies/ blends really well. However poor staying power and fall outs make it bit of a mess. Baked eyeshaows work well when used wet but this one looked pretty sheer that way. Its not a must have in my opinion.
