Deborah Milano IL ROSSETTO Lipstick (Rs 385) available at Deborah Milano CountersWhat Deborah Milano Says about IL Rossetto range
Soft, creamy lipstick enriched with Vitamins A, C and E. Leaves the lips dazzlingly shiny and perfectly moisturized. With UVA and UVB filters. Hypoallergenic.*
IL Rossetto Lipstick comes in Red plastic packaging which feels light yet sturdy and very different from other Deborah Milano Lipsticks. Its not cheap looking. I like the packaging, its different and fun.
Shade – No 800 is a brownish Red color with some pink thrown in. I had a tough time describing it. This particular shade compliments my Medium (NC 44) skin tone really well. I my opinion shade 800 would suit all skin tones well. This is one shade that can be worn to work too.Texture & Formula – Texture is creamy and smooth. It feels buttery and glides on without tugging or pulling. Formula is neither drying nor moisturising which means it wouldn’t conceal chapped lips yet wouldn’t highlight them. Best way to apply any lipstick is to exfoliate your lips beforehand. The formula neither settles in fine lines nor accentuates them. It doesn’t bleed or feathers. I apply it direct from the bullet however for a precise and neat application one can use a lip brush.
Pigmentation – IL ROSSETTO Lipstick is decently pigmented and provides medium coverage. Layering it twice covers lip pigmentation and discolouration completely.Staying Power – Due to its creamy and buttery texture it doesn’t stay beyond 4 hours maximum. It doesn’t stain lips once it wears off. I was looking for a shade that shouldn’t be a red or pink as I have too many such shades in my stash. Shade 800 is a nice change.
A Good budget buy and worth each penny you spend. Formula is great and stays on for good 4+ hours without moving. I loved how glossy it looks and make lips look plump and fuller. Due to buttery texture dry and chapped lips would love it. I would recommend IL Rossetto Lipsticks to all of you, they are worth a try.
