Colorbar Zoom & Whoosh Mascara Review Photos Price

I have short and straight lashes also there is nothing on the name of volume, which is the reason why I don’t like applying mascara because hardly any mascara does anything for them. I am impatient and end up ruining my eye makeup while applying 2-3 coats of mascara. But you know its a product every girl should own whether or not she likes to use it. I was using L’Oreal Miss Manga Mascara till it dried up and thought of picking Colorbar Zoom & Whoosh Mascara , which is a product I always wanted to try. The idea of both volumizing & lengthening wands in one tube made me excited 🙂

These days I am quite enjoying colorbar makeup products including the full cover makeup stick. This mascara looked pretty interesting. It comes in a black tube with two caps, that gave illusion of two wands in one tube, or thats what I thought, However when you pull out the volumizing wand by twisting the silver cap and then twist the pink cap you will realise a smart mechanism. Same wand but coated differently.

Volumizing one which comes out when you twist silver cap, has loads of product on the wand/ bristles. The wand is quite dense and I have to scrape some product on the opening of the tube so that I don’t end up with spidery lashes. The wand coats each lash nicely and immediately adds volume. Even my short thin lashes look fuller and volumized.

The thinner wand that comes out of the pink cap adds length and separates lashes. Believe me that’s all I use whenever I am feeling lazy or in rush. It adds nice length and lashes look beautiful. I detest clumpy lashes and this brush is perfect for defined neat looking lashes.

It has a waterproof formula as lasts 7+ hours without flaking or smudging. Also the mascara dries pretty fast after application which leaves no room for the product transferring on the lids. It doesn’t make my lashes stiff/ hard and I can comfortably wear it for a long time. Also the formula hasn’t irritated my eyes.

Overall Thoughts

The Colorbar Zoom & Whoosh Mascara is waterproof and stays on for a long time without flaking or smudging. I really love this mascara for everyday as well as special occasions. Price wise it is quite affordable and going strong even after using it almost thrice a week for the past 1 month. The formula is still good in consistency – neither dry not runny. If you have short lashes with hardly any volume then do try this mascara as it is the most effective one I have tried so far.
