It used to be my favourite skin care brand in teenage years. Till now I go back to my trusted Clean & Clear face washes from time to time whn my skin goes through bad acne bouts. Packaging: It comes in a transparent colourless plastic bottle. The bottle has screw open plus flip open cap so you can reuse the bottle when the wash gets over. I have bought the smaller size; this one is available in two more sizes. The packaging is sturdy and very practical. The tiny bottle fits even the smallest of my purses.
Colour & Consistency: It is a transparent gel with pale green colour. It has runny texture. There are two tyoes of cleansing granules in it. The bigger green granules get dissolved with water and provides deep cleansing effects while the tiny granules are more mild scrubbing. The wash creates moderate amount of lather. It does not dry out the skin though.
Fragrance: The face wash smells awesome. It has energizing green apple fragrance. The fragrance refreshes the senses. The smell does not last at all after rinsing. If you don’t like the fragrance, no worries! It won’t bother you for more than 4-5 minutes.

My Overall Thoughts:
Last year my skin was going through severe acne. That’s when I bought this green apple based face wash. I have also tried the strawberry and lemon variant from this range but the green apple one is my favourite. I have repurchased it 3-4 times already and looks like I will be buying another bottle soon.
I use this face cleanser twice a day; once in the morning and once at night. Sometimes I skip my regular salicylic acid based face wash for this. This is a mild and non comedogenic face wash. The formula does not dry out my skin like the original Clean & Clear foaming face wash. I follow it up with a moisturizing toner and a light moisturizer.
It does not irritate the active pimples. It actually helps in drying them faster. The wash is good in quality but its scrub beads are pretty useless. The particles are scanty in the wash and they do not even do anything regarding exfoliation. Harsh scrubbing is not good for acne prone skin. I would have loved the wash more if it was free from those tiny granules.
