Citra Launch Event – Japanese Green Tea & Korean Pink Pearl Range

I was in Mumbai last month for Citra launch event . The brand has launched two skincare lines with a really affordable price Tag. One is Japanese Green Tea & Other is Korean Pink Pearl. Both the ranges have a face wash and a moisturising cream. These products are made of Natural and exotic ingredients and target specific skin concerns.

The event was amazing and I got a chance to meet fellow bloggers (from mumbai). I also met one of my subscribers – Hajra Siddqi, who won Citra Instagram contest and joined me at the launch. The Citra Brand Ambassador Pooja Hegde did the unveiling of products.

There was a Q&A session where all of us asked questioned related to skincare & beauty. She delightfully answered all. The we all citra girls got pictures clicked together.

The venue had some fun games and I did took “quest” games. The small counter on one side had someone from the citra team who was demonstrating the effect of Japanese Green Tea & korean Pink pearls essence on rice grains & pearls. It was amazing to see how both the essences worked on those ingredients in front of my eyes.

Citra Japanese Green Tea range is perfect for acne/ pimple prone skin and works best for blemished skin. Its powerful anti oxidants rich formula draws out impurities and reduces the number of breakouts and clears the skin. The products are infused with the legendary antioxidant properties of Japanese green tea which reduces pimples and brightens skin

I have given it to one of my cousins and the feedback has been amazing. Her skin has cleared out a lot and she doesn’t see breakouts that often. Also the cream has a very light fast absorbing formula that doesn’t sit on the top of the skin. It gives a matte finish which is great of combination/ oily skin.

Citra Korean Pink pearls range is great for dull , uneven skin. The products are infused with rare Korean Akoya Pink Pearl extract known for its ability to enhance skin’s natural glow and brighten skin from deep within. Pearls are the most concentrated source of Calcium and its protein complex stimulates the regeneration of collagen that helps maintain skin elasticity, accelerates the growth of new skin and maintains an even skin tone.

I struggle with dull skin most of the times. It evens out and brightens the complexion with regular use. The face wash has a gel like formula and it cleans skin thoroughly. The face cream has a mild floral scent and fast absorbing formula. I like to use it as a base under my makeup and use it twice daily.
