Continuing my love affair with matte formulas. I bought Chambor Pink Devil Powder Matte Lipstick. It has been around for a year now (maybe more). I always wanted to buy these powder matte lipsticks but never did. However one day I picked one of the shades and I must say, this formula has grown on me.

This unique powder matte lipstick provides high impact payoff. An ultra pigmented long wearing vitamin enriched formula glides on effortlessly with comfortable wear.
Long wearing application.
Shade – Chambor Pink Devil is a beautiful Plum toned pink. Its a perfect everyday color for me. The shade is subtle and compliments my skintone.
Infact it was once my favorite go to shade, until I lost it in the pile of other lipsticks. This shade would look good on medium skintones.
Texture & Formula – Its definitely a matte formula without a doubt, but not overly drying or uncomfortable. It glides on the lips decently. Its performance depends entirely on the condition of your lips. If they are chapped and flaky, you might have to drag it.
However if you have moisturized them beforehand, application becomes swift. I always recommend applying a lip balm to prepare lips before applying any matte lipstick, so that it doesn’t look flaky or dry.

Pigmentation – I find the shad quite pigmented. Chambor Pink devil glides on covering pigmentation & evening out lip color.
Staying Power – On me this lipstick stays on for good 5-6 hours, which is quite impressive I must add.

The only downside is the scent which is not unpleasant but weird.
Overall Thoughts
I am quite impressed with Chambor Pink Devil Powder Matte Lipstick. Texture is matte but not uncomfortable. However one should prepare the lips before applying any matte formula.
Staying power & pigmentation is also good. I might pick more shades soon.
