Bourjois Contour Clubbing Waterproof Eyeliner Green Insomniak – Rs 360, available at Slassy.comShade – Green Insomniak is a forest green shade with fine shimmers. Upon application it gives a metallic finish where shimmer is not much visible.

Texture – These pencils are creamy and easy to apply. They glide on smoothly without tugging or pulling.

Formula – Green Insomniak has fine shimmers but they donot feel chunky or gritty at all during and post application. They are supposed to be long wearing and waterproof, however, not smudge proof.  I rubbed my eyes by mistake after 3 hours of application and it smudged really bad ! But positive side of this is that this shade would be good as a base under smokey eyes or smudging on the lower lash line or maybe creating a soft smudgey smokey look.Staying power – Unlike Bleu Neon It stayed on for 6+ hours only. After that it started fading and smudging. I also observed it getting transferred on the upper lid (above the fold). The glitter also started travelling around the eye area which doesn’t look pleasant. I believe on oily lids staying power would be as low as 4-5 hours. 

Negatives would be staying power and formula transferring on lids. Also the price might be an issue for some.

Overall Thoughts

Green Insomniak is a beautiful forest green shade which will compliment all skin tones. The shade is so subtle that even if you don’t like putting colored eye liners, you would love it. It can be applied on the lower lash line for a twist. However girls with oily lids might find staying power low + it might not show up that good on very pigmented lids. Its not a must have in my opinion since you can find eyeliners with better staying power in other brands (e.g. Faces) at cheaper price.
