I love trying out new products specially that sound completely innovative. The body shop has launched one such product last month – The Body Shop Fuji Green Tea Cleansing Hair Scrub. I have used a lot of scalp detoxifying products in the past but hair scrub is new for me. I have tried body care range from Fuji Green Tea range and really like the refreshing smell of the products. The hair scrub is no different and smells absolutely refreshing.

The Body Shop Fuji Green Tea Cleansing Hair Scrub comes in a large black colored plastic tub. Its a 240 ml tub so you get a lot of product. Also since you would’t need more quantity this one tub will last you a long time.
The hair scrub is for normal-oil scalp but I think even dry scalp people can use it once in 10 days. If you use a lot of hair styling products that this one would be a great product to get rid of all the build up.
The The Body Shop Fuji Green Tea Cleansing Hair Scrub has a gel like texture with salt crystals. Stir it well before using for the first time. The crystals are big but start melting the moment you rub the gel on the scalp. I wan’t expecting it to be a foaming scrub so washed my hair before scrubbing (the first time).
The scrub foams really well and cleans up the scalp leaving a refreshing feel behind. Menthol present in the formula gives a cooling sensation and my hair definitely feel cleaner than ever.
The salt crystals remove build up and the formula keeps hair soft & manageable. It lathers up pretty well. I always use a good conditioner after wash to restore the moisture.

Overall Thoughts
I am overall pleased with the results and convenience of The Body Shop Fuji Green Tea Cleansing Hair Scrub. The product removes build up and residue (oil grease etc) from hair making them healthy and shiny.
