The price for this is a stink in the eye, but the formula is the best dream your eyes would have ever had, and no jokes, it is the most darkest longest wearing, smoothest formula one would ever come across.

Shade –  Bobbi Brown Long Wear Eye Pencil JET, is the blackest black of all, a plain matte classic black with a creamy finish, no sheen, but doesn’t even look dead matte.

Texture – That may sound like a lot for a basic black eye liner, but seriously — Jet is anything but basic. I think it’s easily the best black pencil liner available on any counter now, I would say it is the bobbi’s gel liner packed in a wooden pencil, it creamy matte, non slippery, no tugging pulling, and all pigmented and opaque in one swipe.Pigmentation – As I said its’ opaque in a single swipe, but it’s not slippery at all, so you have control and precision,  but at the same time its ultra smooth.

Packaging – The packaging is classic, a wooden pencil plain black, and it is a sharpening pencil, and the best part that it comes along with a sharpener along with it, even tough it’s a wooden pencil and some people might find it fussy , but truth is we get way more product in sharpening pencils than the mechanical ones, and also if you sharpen it once, it taked you for good 4 to 5 uses before you sharpen it again.

Staying Power– Bobbi Brown Long Wear Eye Pencil Jet gets great, great mileage. We’re talking crazy good wear time on my lash and water lines.

I’ve worn (and stockpiled) dozens of black liners, and Jet is the only one that consistently lasts 16 or more hours for me (yes, some days are REALLY long) without getting patchy or fading unevenly.

Overall Thoughts

I know the price is a chronic pain, but once you use it, would be glad enough to ditch all the other you have owned, what else do you need from the classic Indian kajal, true rich black , all matte, long wearing, no super long wearing, no smudging, and no irritants. Such a creamy and smooth formula without being slippery , allowing full precision and control, sleek built up, yet a classy look, Bobbi Brown Long Wear Eye Pencil Jet has all you expect, and even more to pamper, comes with a sharpener all together, that goes with this and all the other liners in your stash, just give the price corner of your eye and use it once, you will know what am I talking about, comes in other shades too for your different moods, and I am pretty safe to say, bobbi brown is one brand, that never ever fails to impress me.
