Bobbi Brown Intensifying Long-wear Mascara comes in a beautiful metallic black-brown case. The mascara wand is pretty small and slim, that means it will reach to nook and corners or eyes and coat each and every lash no matter how short your lashes are.

The Product 

Bobbi Brown Intensifying Long-wear Mascara is neither dry nor liquidy, it has just the right consistency. Working with the wand is pretty easy and application is neat on both upper and lower lashes. It gives those neatly defined lashes, so girls with heavy curly lashes are going to love this formula. Mascara stays on whole day long without smudging, flaking or transferring. It doesn’t feel heavy or makes lashes stiff the way some mascaras do. It doesn’t clump.

My Experience

Like I mentioned I have thin, short and straight lashes, in short a nightmare. Bobbi Brown Intensifying Long-wear Mascara gives them some volume and length but nothing too dramatic. That has its own positives and negatives. This formula can be worn comfortably to work where you don’t want too dramatic lashes, just clean defined looks. But, If you want to wear it to party it might disappoint you. Personally I prefer mascaras that can lengthen my lashes dramatically, because than only you will notice my lashes otherwise they are almost invisible. However this doesn’t mean that I don’t like the formula, I do and to make it work better I always apply two coats. I love to wear it during day time.

Overall Thoughts

If you are looking for neat defined lashes with some volume and lengthening, do try out Bobbi Brown Intensifying Long-wear Mascara. The formula doesn’t flake, smudges or clumps. Small and slim mascara ensures that even shortest of lashes placed in the corner of eyes get coated well. But yes at this price I would have loved to see some more drama in terms of volume & lengthening. However if you already have heavy/ long lashes this is a highly recommended product for you !
