I am not much of a nude-lipstick lover, but yes keeping one or two in makeup stash doesn’t harm anyone 🙂 At times when you have to look very subtle with a bit of even natural color on lips, these come handy. I own few of these nude shades and this latest addition has surely topped the list. Bharat & Dorris Lipstick Shade No 117 – Rs 350, available at B&D stores in Mumbai & Pune or online.

Packaging is simple black rubber casing, reminds me of MAC lipsticks, though not as glossy as MAC ones.

Its a pink-nude shade which doesn’t wash me out. It gives natural look and compliments my skintone (medium). Texture is creamy, which glides on smoothly without tugging or pulling. It keeps lips hydrated and doesn’t settle in fine lines.

Pigmentation is good, One swipe delivers enough product to cover lip pigmentation.

Due to creamy consistence it doesn’t stay on for long, on me it stayed on for 3+ hours, though it doesn’t last through meals.

Overall Thoughts

Bharat & Dorris Lipstick Shade No 117 is a perfect nude shade for medium to dusky beauties infact I love it more than MAC Creme in your coffee. I would definitely recommend it to girls with dry lips. The only downside is availability, I am planning to try buying from their website, if it works I will let you all know 🙂
