Bharat & Dorris Cream Eyeliner No 13 is a jewel tone green gel liner. I have another one in teal shade which is B&D Cream Eyeliner No 5.
Packaging, it comes in a glass jar, like many other gel liners.
Texture isn’t very buttery but smooth enough to glide on without tugging or pulling. This shade has fine green shimmers which don’t show up upon application but give a metallic finish.
Staying Power is superb. It stays on and on and on, even when you are trying to remove it, it doesn’t go easily. So stay assured that whether you apply it on upper or lower lashline its not going anywhere. You would need a good makeup remover to get rid of it 🙂 … I use my Favorite Lakme Absolute Bi-phased makeup remover.
Overall Thoughts
Great Buy for such a price. I love jewel toned eyeliners as they can brighten up dull days + they look wonderful on indian Skin tones. For me the only downside would be availability.
