Benefit Boi-ing Airbrush Concealer 03 Review Swatches Photos

A concealer is a must have product for me no matter what. I always carry a concealer , compact powder, eyebrow pencil & lipstick in my bag and these are my go to makeup products. Being someone with dry skin I always lean towards creamy concealers so that they don’t make me look aged 10 years more than I am. Recently I attended the launch of Benefit Boi-ing Airbrush Concealer which is a light to medium coverage concealer . I have been using it for more than a week now and thought of sharing my views today –

I was in Varanasi last week and took this product with me there. I thought what could be the better circumstances then hot humid weather to test the wearability and 10 hour claim of this product. I personally prefer natural looking makeup and anything that offers sheer-medium coverage.

The Benefit Boi-ing Airbrush Concealer comes in a round pot (5 g). The packaging is beautiful , hot pink lid with metallic jar. There are 3 shades available and I have 03 which is the darkest shade and half a shade lighter than my skin tone. The color looks beautiful and is perfect for everyday concealing.

I like the creamy but not-so-heavy texture of the concealer. You can use your fingers to dab-and-blend it or use my favourite way of using a makeup sponge to apply and blend it. I love using a damp sponge with cream products since it makes the whole application quicker and easier. Also I rarely set it with powder since the leaflet says you don’t really need to set it with powder.

I haven’t seen the Benefit Boi-ing Airbrush Concealer creasing under my eyes even in hot sweaty weather. It didn’t hold up for 10 hours but I could definitely see it on for good 6+ hours. Maybe in favourable weather it will perform  much better. However it still is one of my most used concealers this month and I can see myself using it till the time I hit pan.

The concealer has yellow undertones and it suits my complexion. You can use it lightly for a natural look or layer it up for a flawless finish. It is a lightweight product and good for hot weather. Can you guess which eye has the concealer on?

Now the USP of Benefit Concealer is that it will give an airbrushed look no matte how the lighting is. You can see in the picture below how smooth my under-eye area looks. It definitely lives up to its claim.
