Becca Cosmetics have been ruling my world lately and I want to pick all the cheek products they offer, especially their highlighters in Opal, Moonstone and Topaz. The product am sharing today is their Beach tint which released sometime last year , you have seen review for BECCA Papaya / Topaz in my previous review which was darkest of all , this is more in between shade and

Shade – BECCA Watermelon Moonstone is described as Coral Red infused with pale gold, it is warm toned coral pink shade with soft golden sheen to it as it is a mix of their WATERMELON Tint and MOONSTONE Pressed perfcetor Moonstone. The shade will flatter lighter skin tone more but as MOONSTONE is my favourite highlighter I took a plunge and picked this and I’m glad that it lived up to the expectation .

Texture – The texture like I said in my previous post is exactly like soft clay dough which is easy to squish and is buildable and easy to blend. The cream product dries down to powder finish and doesn’t look frosty once it is set.BECCA Watermelon Moonstone Beach Tint Shimmer Soufflé Review Swatches (1)

Pigmentation – The pigmentation is buildable and hardly requires layering, adds colour and sheen instantly without looking patchy.

Staying power – The cream blush stays nicely for 7 plus hrs on my cheeks with slight fading but retaining the glow.

Packaging – BECCA Watermelon Moonstone comes in small and sturdy glass tub with silver twist up cap, it is handy to carry around and you can even use your fingers to apply this, however I like to use MAC 130 brush to apply this evenly.

Overall Thoughts

They are truly foolproof if you have more even skin tone and less pores, else they will enhance the issues and may look patchy however BECCA Watermelon Moonstone had more illuminating effect there are less chances. I prep and prime my skin properly before using this and add a touch of matte blush to blend in everything as these acts more or less like a glowing highlighting blush.

Ratings – 5/5
