Some products attain so much fame that they become cult in beauty world, I am going to talk about one such product which was always on my wishlist. Becca Opal Shimmering Skin Perfector Pressed is a powder highlighter from Becca , which is a most talked about product all over the internet, when it comes to highlighters.

Shade – Becca Opal Shimmering Skin Perfector Pressed is a golden champagne highlighter. With a perfect blend of gold+champagne this one works like magic on my skintone. I am sure this one shade would suit medium-deeped skintones perfectly.  

Texture & Formula – Becca Opal is very soft, almost creamy in texture. Be very careful or going overboard is easy. I use a small tapered brush to apply it on the high points of my face like Cheek bones & brow bone. One swipe is all you need, make sure to blend it nicely so that it doesn’t emphasis pores. I like to use it after blush, but best way to use it is before applying the blush, since it is quite glittery, and looks quite strong for daytime wear. I myself prefer finely milled not-so-chunky highlighters, however these days I am loving this product a lot. 

Pigmentation – The highlighter is very pigmented, and one stroke is more than enough. Use a stippling or fluffier small brush to pick the product, and don’ forget to tap off the excess before applying.

Staying Power –  Becca Opal Shimmering Skin Perfector lasts for good 7+ hours on me without fading or getting patchy.

Overall Thoughts

If you love highlighter, Becca Opal Shimmering Skin Perfector is a perfect choice. Texture is soft & creamy, which blends into the skin without looking shimmery. Formula is quite pigmented and one stroke delivers enough product. Color itself is universally flattering.
