Avon Ultra Glazewear Lip Gloss Review – Rich Raspberry, Pink Watermelon

With the innovative True Color Technology and self-renewing pigments, the Ultra Glazewear Lip Gloss glides on with a visible brilliant shine rich color. The selection is available in a modern packaging. Amongst the 6 variants in shimmer, cream and sparkle finish, they contain Shea Butter, Omega – 3, Arctic Berry and Vitamin E. Upon application, they provide instant moisturization, leaving behind a smooth, moisturized and radiant feel.

Packaging is pretty basic. A plastic tube with a wand.

Shades – Avon Ultra Glazewear Lip Gloss comes in 6 shades/ variants. I am reviewing two shades – Rich Raspberry , a true raspberry color with cream finish, and Pink Watermelon – Light pink color with silver & hot pink shimmers.

Texture & Formula – Avon Ultra Glazewear Lip Gloss has a light weight texture. Formula is not sticky or thick. Rich Raspberry has a creamy formula and finish and Pink Watermelon has a shimmery formula but shimmers don’t feel gritty or chunky. Formula is very moisturizing and keeps them comfortable through out the wear, and infact when the formula wears off lips don’t feel dry. I personally prefer cream finishes over shimmery, but Avon Ultra Glazewear Lip Gloss Pink Watermelon’s subtle shimmers make it perfect to wear alone or on top of any matter color.

Pigmentation – Avon Ultra Glazewear Lip Gloss Rich Raspberry provides some coverage, but I would call it a lightly pigmented formula, same is with Pink watermelon, it goes sheer and shimmery.

Staying Power – Staying power of Avon Ultra Glazewear Lip Gloss Rich Raspberry & Pink Watermelon stay on for 3 hours and fades away when you eat or drink anything. None of the shades leave any tint/color behind.

Overall Thoughts

I really like the non-sticky, light weight formula of Avon Ultra Glazewear Lip Gloss Rich Raspberry & Pink Watermelon. Both colors feel moisturizing on lips and don’t settle in fine lines or dry them out. Only downside is the pigmentation since none of the colors provide even coverage to lips.
