True Color Technology with self- renewing pigments that help the colors stay true for a long time. It contains Shea Butter, Omega Oil, Arctic Berry, and Vitamin E to nourish and moisturize lips instantly.’

Shade- Avon Ultra Color Rich Lipstick Twinkle Pink is frost pink light baby pink with silver shimmer.

Packaging- The packaging has changed from being black bullet shaped to long rectangular style having a clear window at top to see through the shade. It is sturdy, travel friendly and easy to store in vanity. The shade name is provided at the bottom of the lipstick.

Texture & Formula- The texture of the Avon Ultra Color Rich Lipstick is smooth. It glides on easily. The formula is hydrating but not very moisturising. The lipstick has a frost finish providing glossy sheen to lips. It has subtle shimmer in it that is nom-gritty and doesn’t settle in the lip lines. It doesn’t accentuate dry flaky lips but the shade will suit fair to medium skinned toned girls more as the shade is light. It is mildly scented that fades within seconds of application. The lipstick has spf15 which is another plus point.

Pigmentation- Avon Ultra Color Rich Lipstick is sheer in single swipe. It can be built up to medium pigmentation but it can never provide full coverage as the shade is very light and the finish is frost. It doesn’t bleed if over applied.

Staying Power-Twinkle Pink stays for a span of about 2 hours maximum as the shade is sheer. It fades evenly ,doesn’t leave any stain behind and the shimmer present also doesn’t stay on lips.

Overall Thoughts

I like the shade as it very subtle and great for daily as well as office wear. Avon Ultra Color Rich Lipstick Twinkle Pink is moisturising but not very hydrating. The formula acclaims presence of olive oil, shea butter. It is creamy but the finish is frosty. Twinkle Pink will suit rosy fair to medium skin tone girls more. It doesn’t accentuate my yellow undertones if I apply it alone. So, I basically pair this lipstick with heavy kohled eyes and matte pink blush.

The texture is smooth and the shimmer present is non-abrasive. It has light fragrance and spf 15 which is a pro as it provides some protection to lips. However, the shade doesn’t provide full coverage and the staying power is low. Overall, I am liking the new outer cover and the formula very much.
