Beauty blogging is no easy task, specially when you have to swatch products on your hands and those tiny hair peek through the swatches in macro photography. Running to a beauty parlour every now and then is not possible for me , so I always keep a hair removal kit in shower area, since I hate using razors. I have always used Anne French when it comes to hair removal creams, they are safe and have never irritated my skin.When I was sent the new Anne French Tender care kit, I was quite impressed to see how much efforts the brand has put to make it all the more convenient for users. The new Anne French Tender Care Hair Remover Kit comes with an applicator cap and sponge. The heavy glass bottle has been replaced with a convenient plastic squeeze tube.

How to use

Remove the cap, and remove the seal, put the easy applicator on, squeeze the tube and spread the cream on desired area using the applicator. Leave for 3-7 minutes and wipe off using skin polishing sponge.I liked the easy-on-applicator, its slightly slant and thus glides on easily, cream applies and spreads pretty easily. I don’t have to wait for more than 5 minutes and after that I remove the cream using the sponge. Sponge is neither too soft nor abrasive, it removes all the cream and dissolved hair residue in one swipe. Earlier I used to take help of loofah to get rid of any residue.

Scent is very mild and floral, unlike what it used to be earlier (Quite strong). After removing the cream with skin polishing sponge, skin does feel really soft and smooth !

The cream hasn’t irritated my skin in any way but I always recommend a patch test on the inner side of arm before using it anywhere on your body. One pack is enough to get rid of hair from my both legs, that ways its economical too.

The only downside of hair remover creams is that hair starts growing back after 3-4 days only, because unlike threading or waxing creams don’t remove hair from the roots.

Overall Thoughts

Like always Anne French cream has a permanent place in my shower area. I am really impressed with the improved version. Its very convenient & has mild scent that doesn’t give you a headache. My skin does feel really smooth after using the cream. The new packaging is travel friendly too.
